About this house rental
2023 Full house renovation and was entirely gutted. The layout is well thought out, with brand-new finishes and appliances. Luxury designer furnishing to compliment the renovations and finishes. The house boasts two living rooms with an indoor/outdoor living style that provides plenty of space for everyone. The backyard has a gorgeous dip-in pool with a picturesque mural backdrop painted by Ella. Ample space for the entire family while the master doesn't share any walls for privacy. The entire home is fenced.
The space
- This home is in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of LA - the best neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley and a very safe neighborhood. The location is great. It is close to Universal Studio. It is close to 101 and 405 so it is very easy to get around and travel to your point of interest.
BED ARRANGEMENTS:
- Bedroom #1: 1 King bed with Master Bathroom
- Bedroom #2: 2 Full beds with reading space
- Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed with private bathroom
- 1 Sofa bed
AMENITIES:
- Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the first beautiful living room, with a sofa bed, a couple of accent chairs, and a 65-inch TV.
- Behind the first living room is the second living room with another 65-inch TV, a couch, and an accent chair. The second living room is connected to the back yard with a desk, outdoor dining table, egg chair, a beautiful pool, and basketball hoop

-Fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table that can seat up to 8

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Other things to note
- We are not refilling the propane gas tank. You can bring one to Home Depot to exchange. It is cheaper to exchange than to buy a new one
- Please keep noise to a minimum and do not disturb the neighbors
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria.
2. The intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
