About this house rental
Are you looking for a place to stay while exploring Orange County and it's surrounding area? Look no further, our home is a new construction home. It comes with 3 generous bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, open kitchen and living room. The house location is very convenient to Disneyland, the Beaches, and the surrounding cities. The house is well decorated with all amenities to make it a perfect place for friends and families to hangout and make memories while you visiting southern california.
The space
Everything Orange County has to offer surrounds this beautiful well-decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 baths Family Friendly Oasis. Close to Disney land, Knott's farm, PLT, restaurants, LAX...
When you first came into the house, you will be in the living room with a TV and seating spaces. Behind the living room is full equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. To the left of the living room are two bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
From master bedroom or kitchen, there are doors to go to the back yard where you have a couple of seating places to enjoy outdoor weather.

- Bedroom #1 :has 1 queen bed
- Bedroom #2: has a king bed.
- Bedroom #3: has a bunk bed full over twin
KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishwaters/flatware, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, microwave, toaster, water filter, spices...
INDOOR LIVING: 2 Smart TVs 65'' and 55'', dining table for 6 persons
OUTDOOR LIVING: Seating areas with little outdoor game
LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer inside the premise

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
