Our parking spot only accommodates standard-size vehicles. The largest SUV is similar to the Highlander, Pilot, Explorer, X, etc.
Street parking is also available.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Just to be transparent: this is a two unit/house on one property lot. This is the listing for the front unit/house. Both properties are completely separated by 50ft and not connected in anyway but share same driveway.

-Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.

- We have security camera in the front
- We are a property management company with staff on 24/7 shifts. We're able to provide around the clock service and assistance anytime you may need. Should you need anything to make you stay more comfortable, questions prior to your arrival, or even after your departure; we're available via Airbnb, Phone, SMS TXT, iMessage, and even in person if requested!
-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
Parking Information
The garage was built 40–50 years ago and is best suited for compact cars or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles may have difficulty fitting, so street parking may be a better option.
