The bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe and has access to a private terrace with umbrella, coffee table and sunbathing pouf.
In the living room there is a sofa bed with a chaise longue that easily converts into a comfortable double bed, a dining table to accommodate at least 4 people, coffee or laptop tables and a 50-inch smart TV.
The living room has access to a seafront balcony overlooking the 11 km sandy beach, the Venetian harbour lighthouse and the town's marina.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a freezer, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, plates, cups, glasses, etc.
All rooms have independent air conditioning and double glazing for sound insulation.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th century building. The whole building consists of 3 more apartments. Each has its own entrance from the main staircase. Guests get two keys one for the main entrance and one for the door of the apartment.
Other things to know
From April to October, the old town of Rethymno is pedestrianized and the entrance is open to cars only from 6 am to 11 am, while the pedestrian street is closed to cars from 8 pm to 1 am.
