About this campground/ rv resort rental
Welcome to our cozy RV, the perfect place to connect with nature while having the comforts of home! Located on a serene homestead, our RV is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
You can visit our 34 laying hens and 6 ducks and if available, have some of their pasture-raised eggs!
Our RV is located in a quiet spot, but within minutes of shopping, restaurants and only 15 minutes to downtown Greenville and 25 minutes to Clemson! Our property is 100% smoke free, thank you.
Located on our 4.5 acre homestead, this camper is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The RV can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it the perfect option for couples or small families.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, two large bunks with privacy curtains on each, a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The camper has a water filtration system so all your water is clean from your shower to water coming out of the tap. Please keep in mind that while the water heater works well it is small and can only accommodate short showers.
Our family lives on the property and will be around with our dogs, cats and taking care of our chickens and ducks. While we respect your privacy and space a friendly smile and greeting goes a long way. The immediate area, picnic table and fire pit outside the camper is 100% for guests only, we will not be in that space at all. If you are looking for complete solitude our property will not be able meet that need or desire. Thank you for your understanding, it is very appreciated! 😊
We take pride in keeping our RV clean and well-maintained, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. We please ask that there is no smoking of any kind in our camper or on our property, thank you. We're also happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and sights to see.

You'll have access to the RV and to the yard. We ask that you don't enter into the chicken coop until you check with us first. :)

We welcome your well-behaved dogs but asked that they be leashed on the property because of the other animals that live here.

Scott was an excellent host! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed watching our stay. This small camper has everything you need for a quick get away! Scott even provided some snacks and beverages witch was greatly appreciated!!
