It was close to the center and even closer to a metro station.
Also, a supermarket was just outside
It had a really big bathroom with a spacious shower
Had a well equipped kitchen
They should not use the word Luxury in the name of the apartment.
It had a big kitchen (why?), equipped with everything required, but there was no paper towels, only the minimum plates and cuttlery, and there was no place to put the dishes you washed.
It is not a one bedroom but rather a studio. If you use the sofa for the kids that means not privacy. The bed was not comfortable and one side was adjacent to the wall, which meant that the person sleeping on the inside had to climb in and out, trying not to wake the other one. That was not that clever, especially since there was space available.
The bathroom, although spacious, always had a foul smell, which went away if you left the ventilation on for 10-15 minutes.
The internet connection was slow
The building does not offer a lot of soundproofing and the 2 elevetors are kind of old.
