We were in town to watch the Cavaliers game, it was very close to Rocket Arena, only a 10 min walk away! The location is very convenient. There’s also a convenience store and CVS just a few minutes of a walk away too. The property had everything we needed for just a short stay.
If there’s more than 2 people staying, the 3rd/4th person who stays on the futon might find it too firm for their comfort if they are used to sleeping on softer beds.

I liked location. Unit was super clean.
Took an hour to get in unit. Was not as described on booking.com. We paid for two bedroom and got a totally different unit and they would not give any kind of refund. Some of outlets in kitchen didn't work. Said shampoo and conditioner was provided but it was dandruff shampoo and conditioner was empty. Not enough toilet paper. Thermostat did not work and would not cool unit.
