It was a beautiful and well maintained apartment. Nice and clean, close to all aminities. Clean rooms, tele in every room, games for children, easy access. I will definitely like to stay again.

Design of the house was nice, living room upstairs and bedrooms/ bathroom downstairs. Location was good if you want the stadium and nearby lidl.
The neighbour who lives next door made things very difficult for us. She complained on our first night saying that we were making a lot of noise in the evening when we were actually all in bed and 1 person was watching tv with the volume down. The second night she came out screaming and swearing at us in the hallway. We felt very miserable after this and unsafe because I was traveling with 3 young children and I didn't want them to come into contact with her.
Facilities were clean but the washing machine was terrible and the toilet lid kept closing even while you were sitting on it, which was very annoying.

We came to Leicester to celebrate my Son's birthday, and I surprised my kids with a sleepover booking—they thought we were just going out for dinner at Chef & Spice! When we got to the apartment, they were so excited and couldn’t stop thanking me. The place was lovely, clean, and super cozy. The host was amazing—really helpful and quick to respond, even at night. We had such a great stay and would definitely come back again!
I liked everything even proximity was fantastic but Maybe just a little treat like biscuits or chocolates for the kids would make it even more special. 😊
