À quelques minutes à pied de gare S-Bahn, supermarché et restaurants.
Équipements cuisine complet.
Lits de bonne qualité.
Bruits parfois forts de circulation de trains (rails à quelques 50m).
Salle de bain sous toit en pente nécessitant de réelles contorsions pour se doucher. Pas de lumière, éclaire indirectement depuis couloir.
Équipements cuisine vieux, manque de nombreuses pièces de vaisselle pourtant listés comme fournis.
Lumière dans couloir allumée toute la nuit, éclairant cuisine et SdB.
Appartement sous toit très chaud l'été.
Terrasse partagée avec autres locataires, très peu agréable et manque intimité familiale. Entourée de murs, pas de parasol. Équipement basique.
