A nice apartment on the edge of Limassol.
Situated on a small closed-end street, so no passthrough traffic.
A small playground nearby, when travelling with children.
Apartment well equipped, all things work.
Added a picture of a view from the balcony.
Parking space requires extra remote control with extra deposit of 75€.
Unfortunately the remote received did not work.
But parking space on the street was ok, so used that and no problem.

Modern, nieuw, schoon appartement met groot terras.
Redelijk goed ingericht, voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur.
Elke slaapkamer heeft eigen badkamer.
De wifiverbinding was goed, het in- en uitchecken heel makkelijk.
De mogelijkheid om de auto te parkeren op een parkeerplaats onder het gebouw.
Het zou een rustige locatie kunnen zijn aan een doodlopende straat, maar er is veel geluidsoverlast van de bouwwerkzaamheden in de omgeving.
Zelfs in het weekend.
Er is ook veel mechanisch geluidsoverlast in het appartement, dag en nacht, zelfs erger in de nacht.
Voor een lang verblijf worden de handdoeken, de badlakens en de beddengoed niet verschoond, je moet deze zelf wassen.
Ver weg (5-6 km) van alles: winkels, restaurants, promenade, centrum van Limassol.
