The property was clean and the location was good- walkable from town
The property was tired with a number of small things that needed to be fixed- loose screws on shower handle or door lock. The hallway carpets were stained and doors banged a lot.
I asked for 2 apts close together which ended dull being on 5th and 7th floors at opposite ends of building. Only one apt came with parking

Good location- easy to walk into town and close drive to ferry (which is why we booked there). Great to have washer and dryer. Great new pots and pans and applicances.
Lack of aircon was difficult as the days we were there it was muggy and hot.
Booking through booking.com was a bad decision. The information was confusing and I had 3 different people communicating with me. The actual staff (Andrew) was clear with communication but the agency and booking.com confused everything from the parking situation to having to verify my identity and pay extra money to do so (this is not correct on the information I was provided by booking.com).
