Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Attentive host. Fantastic breakfast.
Limited amenities around about but parking included so you could drive to town if desired. Useful location for temple newsam festival ground.

The owner very kindly let me use the parking permit after I checked out which was extremely helpful. Generally very accommodating to my requests
All the doors were a little creaky so I was woken up a lot through the night by other people moving between rooms

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Bedding was clean and fresh.
Bathroom next door was also super clean. Temperature just right. Informed of available towels on arrival. Free WiFi.
Room at the rear of the property was quiet and peaceful. Levi was available to speak to when I had my blonde head on!! Late request for breakfast, however presented with a lovely, fresh fruit bowl outside my door when I woke. Together with fresh towels, hairdryer and loo roll.
Entry was a little tricky, but there again it was dark, and I was extremely tired after a long journey!
Was advertised showing the kitchen and lounge areas. However, after hunting for another glass/cup I found the kitchen. I was mortified to find it in the condition shown in the photos. The lounge area wasn’t much better. No bin in room.
