The property is amazing. The ski lockers were spacious for a family of 5 and as we were only a 2 minute walk from the ski lift it was all very easy.
The kitchen was small but functional and the closest supermarket is only a 2 minute walk
away. We were able to cook many meals when we couldn’t be bothered heading out in the cold at night after skiing all day.
The bedrooms & lounge room were very comfortable.
My big negative was that the washing/dryer machine was broken and we had packed our suitcases with the use of a washer in mind so it was incredibly inconvenient. Also as luck would have it the only laundrette that would have been close by has been permanently closed down. The manager had some lovely staff come and take a bag of our washing one day which was very nice of them however one bag was not really enough to comfortably sustain two weeks. Nor were we able to wash our sheets or towels.

The location for skiing was great proximity to the ski lift. The accommodation was lovely new clean and perfect size allowing each teenager to have their own room.
There were a few snagging problems as this is a brand new property. The communal halls were still not finished.there was no property guide so we relied on messaging the concierge every time. The locker in the ski room did not work as the concierge did not know the locker code. The light in the kitchen meant one of the cupboards at the top could not be opened fully. Minor issues as a lovely property.
