Very clean and the host was very welcoming and offered a treat with our stay, thank you so much. This is one of the only places I would book again just because of how great this property was.

The parking was a bit far, however if it was not pouring down rain, the walk would have been quite pleasant in this beautiful city. Parking outside the gates was very low cost.

Appartamento moderno, pulito, comodo e dotato di ogni confort e, non ultimo, in posizione super centrale. Da ricordare che è un ultimo piano senza ascensore, quindi lo sconsiglio a chi ha problemi o difficoltà nella mobilità.

Property location excellent, collecting keys via lock box, and online to open main door very good and communicating via emails very good. Property was immaculate, beds very comfortable, spacious property, comfortable seating area to lounge around, kitchen facilities what you need.

Would be great to control the central heating yourself, not via an app by the hosts, when entering the property is was extremely hot and after a period of time, trying to speak to the host, it became very clear they only like to communicate via text what's app, frustrating, when you want to speak to someone human to get the heating sorted straight away, not 15 mins later, but all got sorted, but we had to ask on more than one occasion for the heating to be turned down. Apartment had air conditioning which did come in handy, when the heating is full on, which was not economic, also if you struggle with stairs, then this could be a slight disadvantage, but the great views over the piazza - however all in all, we had a fantastic time, so close to great bars and restaurants - fabulous place Lucca.
