Excellent host! Great communication, host allowed us to check in early and check out late and leave our luggage. Host was very nice guy, helped us with everything. Perfect location in the centre of everything with plenty of cafes/ restaurants very close by, can walk anywhere within the city walls in 5-10 mins Apartment was very spacious

La ubicacion: inmejorable, en medio del casco historico y pese a estar ubicada en la Piazza San Michele, no se escucha nada. Comodisimo, limpio, super equipado. El host un amor de atento. La verdad mucho mas lindo que en las fotos. Lo recomiento 100%. ESPECTACULAR

L’appartamento si trova nel cuore di Lucca, sulla piazza principale. Location pazzesca. Ed è molto accogliente, arredato con amore.
Tutto veramente bello. Siamo stati benissimo.

La pulizia è davvero scarsa. La doccia era troppo sporca per lavarci. Il piano ad induzione era sporco ed i vetri delle finestre ...anche loro sporchi. Ho chiesto un lenzuolo ed una coperta supplementari è solo arrivato un copriletto che non mi ha dato la sensazione di pulito. Nessun collegamento ad internet. Con poche attenzioni in piu ed una pulizia molto piu profonda potrebbe diventare l'alloggio per il quale varrebbe il prezzo per cui ho pagato.
