the apartment itself stunning couldn’t have been designed better, the apartment had everything we needed even supplied little extras everything was clean and very modern ,hosts were absolutely amazing keeping in touch making sure everything is all okay if we needed anything extra couldn’t have asked for better
the location of the apartment is very off putting as you would not know what to expect but inside is beaut and very nicely decorated

The house is nice, clean and modern and looks exactly as described in the images.
The only issue really was the pain to get the hot water running in the apartment, however their customer service was excellent and the landlord came over as soon as he could to fix it!
The location isn’t the best, as a young group of friends we felt a bit unsafe walking around the area as it’s not very comfortable, however there’s nothing that the landlord can do about that.
There is a garage nearby that’s open 24/7 which was very convenient and there’s also a Lidl and mini Sainsburys pretty much right next to the apartment.

Nicely furnished and the kitchen was clean. I also loved the way you set the kitchen up, the white chocolate and custard creams were a sweet gesture.

Some of the towels had stains and the stain on one of the bottom bedsheets.

Location is really good that is nearby Lidi and Salisbury local. 20mins drive access town centre. Spacious and comfortable living room.
Pet allowed to enjoy holiday together which is fantastic.
Facilities are relatively old, especially those furnitures are not in good condition which may cause accidents, such as the leg still attached to the chair was broken already, the TRV in the kitchen was broken and can't adjust the radiator there; the handle of the window in the kitchen was broken and can't open and close properly. The mattress of the triple beds room are sagging. Carpet may need a deep clean.
No extra bin bags for rubbish collection.
