Comfy house with two good sized bedrooms. Good sofa in living room. Large kitchen diner. Double glazed throughout so little traffic noise although quite a busy through route road. The location was what we wanted - a fifteen minute almost flat walk to New Cross Hospital and a retail park and super Sainsburys about the same distance in the opposite direction.
A large upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and a downstairs cloakroom /utility with washing machine. Was able to book an extra night - thank you Nolicia.
The off road parking was very tight. Back in after letting your passengers out! Go through house and open back gate to unload your boot. There were nearly always spaces on the road . Although the central heating was good an electric heater for instant warmth would help as the wood burner was not in use.

It was nice and cozy. A toilet downstairs and a big bathroom upstairs. Lovely garden as well

It was convenient for everywhere and spacious enough for family of 3 adults. Had pretty much everything we needed for our 3 week stay.
Had small issue with smoke alarms beeping but the host was excellent in getting that sorted out for us straight away. Host was great with communication.
Driveway was a little too narrow to be comfortably backing into for parking everyday. Easily parked on the street in front of the house but beware, the street is very narrow and has priority ways all along and due to street parking there are many times it can get a bit gridlocked so you can't pass. Had a few times of hearing heated arguments from drivers trying to pass. We were a little nervous about our hire car being scraped.

Excellent for healthcare or hospital adjacent stays - 15min walk from main hospital buildings and 10-15 mins drive from the station, great size space for 1-3 people to stay comfortably. Well-equipped kitchen and domestic appliances.
The picnic bench in the garden could be replaced with something less fragile, it was ready to break.
