El piso es antiguo pero esta bastante actualizado y limpio. La cama muy comoda,canales de television muy variados,hay tanto lavadora como secadora.Todo tipo de productos de limpieza.Mucha tranquilidad en la zona.
Aunque hay microondas,me falto un punto caliente en la cocina,algo donde poder preparar la comida.
La entrada de la finca asusta un poco pero no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento en si.

Very friendly host. He sent us instructions for self check-in and helped us every time we requested something.
We found cleanliness and quiet, exactly what we wanted.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a few days; the bedroom is spacious, the bed is large and very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is very good, hot water non-stop. The internet worked perfectly.
The location is very good, very close to the bus station, the Youth House, the Western University, the students area (with a lot of budget-friendly restaurants for all tastes) and, finally, the city center where you can easily reach on foot (20min), by public transport or by personal car. Buses and trams (5 min) can help you easily reach the destinations on your list.
There is free parking in front of the building and on the streets in the area.
We will definitely come back.
I recommend this option for couples, friends, or even people who choose to travel alone.

Este situat la etajul 1. Liniste. Curatenie. Pat confortabil. Caldura suficienta (am fost in februarie). Este si aer conditionat pentru perioada de vara. Presiune foarte buna la apa calda. Magazin Non-stop in apropiere. Aproape de Spitalul Judetean. Aproape de autogara. Linie de tramvai in apropiere. Statie de autobuz in apropiere.
