Emplacement idéal, agencement intérieur vraiment bien. Fonctionnel malgré la petite superficie.

Pas de clim malheureusement ni de ventilation. Obligé d’ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne directement sur le trottoir/la rue (avec les désagréments de bruit et les risques potentiels que cela peut comporter la nuit)
