Tout neuf. Bien décoré. Bien placé. Et facile de se garer dans le quartier surtout en fin de journée. Proximité avec La Favorite et vue sur le petit salon de thé en face avec terrasse accueillante. Ambiance de quartier agréable.

L'emplacement de l'appartement près d'une station de bus et des commerces. Le calme, la propreté. Appartement récemment rénové. L'exposition SE dans la chambre.

Very clean and recently renovated.
30 minutes to reach city center and not close to a Metro station. This is a micro apartment, no room / furniture to sit and relax. The street was also under construction, this is out of owners control.
