On the edge of the popular market town of Leyburn, The Dog Kennels is a cosy romantic hideaway for two making the most of the stunning views over Wensleydale and with the Yorkshire Dales on its doorstep. Perfect for those seeking the fresh air in the cooler months or the long balmy days throughout summer when guests can enjoy an evening bike ride or walk around Middleham Castle.
Step into the porch that immediately leads you to the spacious open-plan living space with Smart television ideally situated for cosy nights in after a busy day wandering around one of the many Dales market towns such as Masham, Bedale or Northallerton. From here, french doors leading out into the garden. An oak staircase leads you up into the stylish master bedroom which benefits from far-reaching views across Wensleydale towards Penhill. Complete with relaxing seating area, 6' super-king size bed (that can be converted to twin beds on request), Smart wall-mounted television and en-suite bathroom, this wonderful space will make you never want to leave.
To the side of the cottage through the french doors, guests can enjoy panoramic views from the picnic table in the garden, or wander up into Leyburn for a bite to eat at one of the many local pubs serving homemade Yorkshire grub.
Should you wish to share you break with family or friends, The Horse Box is also available to book sleeping a further two guests in this ideal location. Whether it be a cycling or walking holiday or just a mini break in the Dales, these properties are perfect for escaping from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
