About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 130 m² house in Commes, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- 37 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area. Stream content from your smartphone/tablet to your TV. Max subscription included.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, Tassimo...
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×200)
- Reading area with bookcase and armchairs
- Bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower head
- Office area
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, baby crockery, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue.
Exterior:
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 1500 m² private, unenclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Commes, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets (Sunday mornings in Port en Bessin, Wednesdays and Saturdays in Bayeux, and the fish market open every day except Monday in Port en Bessin).
The house is located just a few minutes' walk from the sea on the Commes cliffs and the customs path. We recommend a walk starting from the house, which will take you to the Commes cliffs in around ten minutes, with a magnificent panoramic view of the coast.
For walkers, you can continue along the customs path towards Arromanches on the right and towards Port en Bessin, Colleville and Omaha Beach on the left.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux, approx. 12 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet approx. 40 km away
Other remarks :
- A cot with mattress and a high chair can be provided on request.
- It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or hybrid vehicles on the house's network.
Electricity meter readings at the beginning and end of your stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes cleaning, linen care and preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
