Great location, rooms were nice and clean, everything looked new. Staff was very friendly , coffee shop & small restaurant on site was very convenient.

This is an excellent 4* hotel. But don’t be surprised : at check out they make you wait until they verify the state of the room. Never seen that before. The staff is super polite. The room I had was on the street side but after 20:00 I heard no noise what so ever… the hotel is near all you want to see and do in Orizaba. Many good options for restaurants.
