Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Gemütliche Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Essecke, kleine Küche, Bad und 2. WC. Und gut funktionierende Heizungen, so dass die Wohnung bei Bedarf schnell warm ist. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus).
Das Bad ist recht klein, Dusche (ebenerdig) mit Vorhang - einmal Duschen und das Bad ist "geflutet". Das Schlafzimmerfenster war leider noch defekt und ließ sich nicht dicht verschließen.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb in Kiel Holtenau direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße . Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber der Wohnung Bootshafen, kurzer Fußweg. Allerdings waren die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten doch etwas weiter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche & WC und ein WC. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und hatte sogar einen Backofen allerdings keinen Geschirrspüler.
An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Auf den ersten Blick machte die Wohnung einen guten Eindruck allerdings war es nicht richtig sauber. Vor allen Dingen im Bad mit Dusche und auf den Schränken . Der Duschvorhang soll dringend erneuert werden.
