Kitchen, backyard, room and bathroom upstairs were fantastic!
beds and duvet too small and bedrooms downstairs very humid over night and in the morning.
Shower downstairs had no hot water!

A fantastic property and one I would definitely recommend. It has everything you need for your stay. Very clean and all essentials supplied. Not sure if previous comments have been taken onboard from the owner, but I can confirm all bedding is included and beds made before arrival, Kitchen exceptional clean as was the house throughout. No noise from neighbours (may have been a one off). Situated in a lovely quiet area although very handy for Supermarket and the beautiful town high street. Jasmine was in contact throughout are stay and replied within 5 mins with a couple of questions I had. If wifi is slow just reboot the hub in the downstairs bedroom at the back of the house. It really helped with the speed.

Locality to Bourton on The Water, good size and parking. Beds were comfortable and the host responded very quickly to a question and Jasmine accommodated us and turned the heating on, Thank you.
Plenty of towels, tea towels, loo roll and shower gels etc. Tea, coffee and milk was appreciated.
Some areas needed a bit more attention for cleaning, hair on the microwave ( Ive shoulder length blonde hair so definitely not mine) dried food on the dining chair, worktop and the kitchen floor needed cleaning. Everywhere else was clean. Booking.com and the hosts pictures showed a lounge, when we arrived this had been turned into a bedroom. The only seating/lounge area was at the end of the kitchen. The home is now for 6 people but the sofa which wasn’t particularly comfy would only seat four people. We weren’t happy with this as we like a separate seating area, it is personal preference but we wouldn’t have booked it had we known. After a day sightseeing and driving we wanted to relax in comfort and not sit in the kitchen with stark lights and no lamp. Lots of pans but lacking in cooking utensils which were scattered in different cupboards/ drawers and we weren’t keen on plastic plates. Washing hanging on the line ( not ours ) in the outside seating area which was there for the duration of our stay and the garden furniture on the front lawn in view of all the neighbours so no privacy. I’m sure the neighbours aren’t impressed either. We felt it was overpriced for what we got.
