PARKING! It was great to have our own parking spot. Not on the street. Not at a “nearby” lot. But our parking spot on the premises at the street level. Covered and by the door! We loved having two balconies. The apartment was well equipped and the kitchen was very functional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. We were happy to have a washing machine and drying rack for our clothes. It was quiet and tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We can recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
The only thing missing was a sea view. But we knew that when booking. A great value.

Отличная квартира всего в 8 минутах пешком от моря и примерно в 20 минутах прогулки от порта и старого города. В спальне потрясающий двуспальный матрас, Давно не встречала в отелях/апартаментах кровати такой жёсткости, какой я люблю. Ночью было очень тихо.
Кухня полностью оборудована посудой и техникой. Большое спасибо за приятные вкусности и капсулы для кофе - это было очень приятно.
В квартире идеально чисто и очень удобно. Стабильный WiFi.
Мне было не надо, но есть парковочное место рядом со входом в подъезд.
Ключи можно забрать из коробки около входной двери. Хозяева были все время на связи и дали отличные рекомендации по ресторанам и кафешкам.
Чтобы появилась горячая вода, нужно включить бойлер и подождать около получаса.
Мне не хватило вешалки или хотя бы крючка в прихожей - шёл дождь, и я пришла в мокрой куртке, пришлось вешать её в шкаф в спальне. И ещё хотелось бы иметь какой‑нибудь стул около кровати.
Живший до меня гость курил в квартире, не смотря на запрет, и запах табачного дыма, к сожалению, ощущался достаточно сильно. От хозяев это никак не зависит, но мне табачный аромат не понравился

This accomodation was the best of all we stayed on our 2 weeks tour.
First of all, we needed parking - and there is one dedicated spot for one car beneath the building, which was great, because, even if it rains, you can get your luggage without any problems. The accomodation is on top of a hill (probably like all Kavala) and even so, the building had a ramp and inside an elevator, so we didn't need to lift any of our luggage.
The keys were easy to be found in a box just outside. The apartment has a dormitor and a living room with an extendable sleeping sofa, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge. The bathroom is really nice and you even have a separate towel for make-up cleaning - so they thought of everything. The apt has 2 balconies as well,...so basically one where you can check the car and front street and hang your laundry, and a bigger one, where you can chill mornings or evenings, and if it gets warmer, there is even an umbrella to protect you from the sun.
Close to the building you have a bus station, and the bus takes you to the old town.
Our host was extremely friendly - he even left a self-made energy bar in the fridge for us to enjoy. If you like them, you can order more.
The communication was great from beginning to our departure and I would gladly return here if I am back in Kavala one day.

The flat is bright and cosy and it is situated in quiet neighborhood at hill. There is one master bedroom and living room connected with kitchenette. Bathroom is large with all necessary amenities. The large closets is in the bedroom. Flat is equipped with new furniture, while mattress in bedroom is excellent. We had own parking space what is huge plus in Kavala considering narrow streets and lack of parking places. The host is very friendly and respond very fast. He made us a pleasant surprise as welcome gift with handmade sweet bar and bottle of wine .
