We are located in Portland's trendy Montavilla neighborhood, near the foot of mount tabor. Max Light Rail is a five minute walk. Interstates 84 and 205 are less than 5 minutes, so getting around Portland is super easy.

- Respectful quiet times: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- We have friendly dogs on the property. You might hear them occasionally in the backyard. They are territorial, however, which is why we cannot accommodate guests with pets.
- The backyard, shared with the main house, is surrounded by tall trees and an 8' privacy fence. The Casita has a covered patio with seating.
- The uncovered hot tub, located between the main house and the Casita, is available year-round, even in rainy weather.
- Please notify us when you want to soak so we can ensure window shades are drawn for more privacy. For sanitary reasons, we ask guests to take a quick rinse before using the hot tub. Luxury spa towels are provided in a basket near the back door.
- After using the hot tub, kindly pour a full bottle of spa shock (found on the TV stand by the back door) into the tub and run the jets on high. The system will shut off automatically after the cycle.
- Please notify us immediately if anything breaks to maintain the quality of your stay and future guests' experiences.

This property is very cute, and the owners paid attention to every detail.Things I loved:- Great climate control - Property was quiet, and I could work & rest- Nice sound system & streaming TV- Fast, reliable wifi- Cute fireplace- Full-length mirror & mirrors in bathroom- Desk/work area with many outlets- Many outlets & cute lamps all throughout- Hot tub!- They provide Q-tips! (it's the little things)- 3 little birds coat rack (sentimental value)- This Is My Happy Place pillow & chair; cute art- Just enough kitchen equipment- Good window coverings for privacy, plus a little outdoor patio- On-street parking always available- Super close to the freeway- Owners communicated right away when needed- The purple velvet blankets are to die for...Only complaints:- I worked while here, and the chair at the desk was very uncomfortable. My back & knees hurt after hours of working.- There is one thin door between the bathroom and the owners' laundry room. It got embarrassing sometimes. No fan in bathroom. (Enough said.)

The house was absolutely perfect — adorable and cozy. It was remarkably accessible with a collapsible bench in the shower that made my life so much easier! The hot tub was lovely and so relaxing after our long walking days. John and Dara were wonderful. Anytime we had questions or needed recommendations, they were quick to respond and so kind. I would absolutely stay with them again!

What lovely hosts and a cozy space. I am late getting to review this space, but the hosts are so great, they deserve it. Good communication via the app. Cozy bed, great TV setup, a hot tub with clear use instructions. The hosts were gracious about providing privacy for hot tub use, and made everything so easy! I love that the space is ADA accessible, and that the hosts clearly took ADA accommodations into account when creating this cute space. Cute *and* highly functional are rare and so appreciated.

Great value, especially for the price!!! the owners stock the kitchen with everything you may need in a tiny space. There's extra stuff in the bathroom like poo-pourri and even first aid items, but also basics like shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as tons of towels. Honestly i was very happy with my stay!The only reason i took 1 star off is the comfort want there for the bed and futon. The mattress is very springy, so you can feel the coils. The pillows were lumpy. The futon wasn't very padded. However the sheets were all clean and the duvets were comfy and extra blankets were also provided!
