• Pricing: Base rate covers 4 guests; $15/night for each additional guest.
• Pets: Welcome with $150 pet fee per stay.
• Groceries: No cooking condiments provided — shop nearby for what you need.
• Seasonal Note: In rainy months, some ants/insects may appear; routine pest control is in place.
• Portable AC: Available on request for warmer days.
• Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM depending on cleaning schedule.

• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet hours after 10 PM
• No parties or unregistered guests
• No smoking inside or within 20 ft
• Please remove shoes indoors
• Respect trash sorting (bins provided)
• Lost & Found: $35 handling fee + shipping if items are recovered
• No mailbox access (packages at guest’s discretion)
