This elegant duplex apartment for 5 occupies the third floor (with a lift) of a historic building on Genoa’s vibrant waterfront, less than a 10-minute walk from both Porto Antico and The Aquarium of Genoa.
The property’s charming interior features an incredible double-height, open-plan living room with huge picture windows and a restored decorative painted ceiling. The living space is furnished with a double sofa-bed, an armchair and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
Outside, the apartment enjoys a sun-drenched balcony. Accessible from the kitchen this is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif whilst enjoying an incredible view of the sea.

I had a very hard time getting in. The property owner or manager did not meet me there. It was difficult trying to reach someone due to the noise and traffic. Once I was buzzed into the property, I wasn’t sure where to go and again the neighbor’s dog kept barking making it hard to hear the directions over the phone. The door lock was tricky and I almost gave up. There were no extra ammenities in the apartment.
