Appartement vue Cher sud Tours parking

This apartment has been very well upgraded by the owner and was a pleasure to stay in. Very smart electric heaters. Pleasant outlook over the Cher River. Good range of kitchen equipment - although we only used it for breakfast. Good shower (no bath) but need to take care to avoid slipping. Well placed for local shopping at Lidl.

Not dislikes, just further comments. Small problem with code on entry - resolved with resident kindly contacting owner (as my phone didn't work). Pity we had inclement weather and were unable to use the balcony for relaxation other than for casual standing. There is about a 35cm step-up from the apt floor to access the balcony which proved a pain for aging knees! The only negative comment is that the excellent renovation of this apartment is not matched by the car parking area, basement lobby and general condition of outside grounds. The owner of this apt should be made Chair of the Building Syndicate to sort this out!! (It would be worth the expense.) For non-European visitors the front door to the apt requires the handle to be lifted to a vertical position to enable the key to be turned to lock it.
