The ease - the hosts were communicative, the property was easy to get too, easy to manage, easy to get in too.
The alley access was less than desirable, but not a big deal overall. This is me being overly critical, but honest.

The house was easy to find and we liked the parking area behind the house and off the street. The security lock was easy to operate and we were able to access the house quickly. The kitchen was well stocked ( better stocked than expected ☺️) The heating and cooling mini split worked well.
The living room had comfortable furniture for lounging with light blankets to cover up with and pillows for back support. We were able to enjoy watching the TV with lots of options using the Roku device. The bathroom had large fluffy bath towels and washcloths. The sheets and pillows on the beds were soft and cozy. The owner left us a nice welcome gift of tea and sweets. Very thoughtful!
The lighting in the home needs dimmers. Too bright when on but too dark when off. We could have used a few night lights to help us find the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The front bedroom with the King bed would have been our choice to use but it was very noisy due to street noise and we slept in the back room with the Queen bed.
The Queen bed frame was of lower quality thus it rocked with every movement and kept us both awake.
All nitpicking and nothing that would keep us from using the house again. We had a satisfying stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was my first time in Tacoma, and the location truly lived up to its description—right in the heart of the city with everything close by. The home itself was cozy, warm, and spotlessly clean.
The hosts were incredibly generous and welcoming, offering full use of the kitchen equipment and supplies, which made our stay even more comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was how understanding and supportive they were when we accidentally locked our keys in the car. We had to wait over an hour for a locksmith, and the hosts kindly extended our stay until they arrived. That extra time meant so much and allowed us to stay comfortable while everything got sorted out.
I’m truly grateful for their kindness and hospitality—this stay exceeded my expectations!
