Es wurde vieles neu saniert ( fast alles ). Lage nicht Zentral aber dennoch sehr nahe am Stadtkern. Tram Anbindung ca. 250m. Kurze schnelle Verbindung zum Vermieter. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so alltäglich braucht.
In Prinzip war alles bestens

Very close to the tram stop to get into town, it was very easy to navigate. The apartment was clean, and we appreciated the provided tea and water. I got a bit cold and couldn't find a second blanket, but after messaging the host, they helped me locate the extra bedding via text. They were very prompt and helpful. Easy-ish to locate parking, it was a bit more challenging as we arrived in the dark, but we managed!
It is a 20 minute tram ride into town, but this was not a big hindrance and it was very quiet area even during Christmas market time, so peaceful. The stairs up to the top apartment we stayed in were a bit steep and a bit of a challenge to get our suitcases up. It wouldn't be great for people with limited mobility.

Schlafsofa konnten wir nicht aufklappen, war nicht bezogen, mein Mann hat dann auf der unaufgeklappten Couch geschlafen, war ok aber nicht ideal
