Everything was amazing. The apartment is cozy, has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The view is spectacular. A big plus is the indoor pool and the basement level ski equipment locker. We are highly recommending it.

The room was nice, comfy, with everything you need for your 3-day stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The hosts are very responsive.
Nobody was at the property when we arrived. We found a person who told us to go to the Predela Lux to pick up keys. We drove there, but a guy at the reception told us that we couldn't pick up the keys for the Mountain View hotel there, so we had to go back. After we arrived again at the reception of the Mountain View hotel, we waited some time for anyone to arrive, but that did not happen. We finally convinced some random guy to find us our keys, so we can go inside.
!SPA IS NOT WORKING DURING THE OFF-SEASON!
Please have this in mind when booking this hotel.
We have contacted the owners about this issue, but they told us that it is not their fault; they did not know. Of course that we asked in the hotel as well, and the manager told us that the owners were informed in advance. Because of this, we had an extra expense, since we had to find a working spa in the nearby hotel.
Since we went in October, it was very cold inside, but there are 2 heaters (one very loud) and the other one that takes a lot of time to heat the room.
