Lovely place.. Clean.. comfortable .. Comfy bed and tea/coffee provided .. Responsive host .. We visit Bishop Stortford every few weeks so will def stay again

The property was in a good location as we travelled by train. Beds were clean and comfy.
The facilities were basic and no provisions provided, although there is an Aldi near the station. I would refer to comments left previously, especially the issue concerning the stairs and no handrail as my guest did fall on the last three stairs quite badly. Also the electric socket was still off the wall and I notice these issues were referred to in reviews from May and January this year. When we arrived the heating and hot water was not working which was resolved on contacting the owner.
