Everything was like in the photos, good location, price, communication with host, free wine.
5 minutes from harbor Punta Sabbioni that will take you into Venice.
Expanding roof outside is also something that you need in hot weather or rain.
Own parking spot inside with your number so you dont have to worry about anything.
The only downside was that there was only one knife, so we had to buy more, but its no big deal.
No other minuses.
