Great property - amazing view and as described. Very comfortable and close proximity to Paihia. Dave was great to deal with and made check in easy - very responsive to any queries.

This is a lovely, very well appointed property high on the hill. Very comfortable and peaceful, with heaps of natural light, and windows to enjoy the great vistas. Comfortable bed. I'm assuming the other beds are as well.Great ensuite, with the best shower! The kitchen has everything thing that you'd need. There are two parking bays at the top of the property, with a staircase going down to the entry. The living area and kitchen are on the entry level, with the 3 bedrooms down another level. There's a powder room on the living/kitchen level, which is very handy.We walked down to the town centre/wharf which took about 20 minutes and a little bit longer back up the hill. It's not an issue if you are reasonably fit. And it helps to burn off all the lovely food and wine! Or, it's just a 5 minute drive, tops.Dave, the host, was very responsive to our questions.Check-in and check-out very easy.Take an eye mask as the blinds are not block out ones.Definitely a standout property and highly recommend.
