Between enjoying recreation onsite and exploring Southern Utah’s epic parks, award-winning golf courses, and famous spas, return home for peaceful dinners in your private space. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and you have dining space both inside and outside.

Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new heated year-round waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy an outdoor pool (heated February through October) and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!
This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 sets of full size bunk beds and a smart tv.
THINGS TO NOTE:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.
The second bathroom in this home has a shower/tub combo.
Washer and dryer in unit.
2 underground parking spaces are provided. Additional parking (including oversized vehicles can be found around the resort at a first-come-first-serve basis.

Stayed for 2 nights (4 adults, 2 children). The property was extremely nice, clean, quiet, well-appointed, and had every amenity we needed and then some. Beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk beds. A/C was exceptional, showers had great pressure. We really enjoyed the pool area and the kids loved the waterslide. Decently short drive to Zion NP, which was the reason for the visit, and we couldn’t have been happier with the stay and how helpful and responsive the agency was for the stay. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great place to stay for family and adults. Two pools, one mainly for kids, a quieter one for adults. Nice location close to everything and right off the freeway. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Will definitely be staying there next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay. The place was quiet and private. Well decorated with plenty of space and everything we needed. We especially loved having access to the pool are - the kids loved it!

nice- a few items we felt could have done to make the experience better. Provide Kleenex tissues, hard copy welcome book to cover everything within the unit as to how to operate, etc. plus- we did write these plus a few others on paper and left it for the cleaners.
