About this house rental

A farmhouse lovingly renovated in 2025 in a beautiful location in Bramberg am Wildkogel.
The special highlight of this accommodation is in the outdoor area.

A beautifully landscaped natural swimming pond with loungers and relaxation area lets you escape the heat in summer. A wooden block outdoor sauna with space for the whole family or a large hot pot that you can fire up with wood, what more could you want after a nice day of skiing. Spacious terraces and garden areas ensure sunny moments on vacation. The playground, built from summer 2025 and built into the natural surroundings, makes every child's heart beat faster.

Even inside on 240 square meters you will find enough space and retreats for your family or friends.
A spacious dining area for the whole group, the well-equipped kitchen with American stove, 2 dishwashers and enough storage space makes all your culinary wishes come true. Enjoy the retreat in your own living room or in one of the 5 bedrooms.
The large bathroom with 3 separate showers also means there is hardly any waiting time. Wood is available on site.

All in all, a successful renovation of a time-honored farmhouse, combined with modern-day comfort. And to top it off, there is also the beautiful outdoor area - you could say that you are vacationing in a very special atmosphere here.

The Bauenhaus offers a lovely, peaceful retreat in Bramberg, The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with the Krimml Waterfalls just a short drive away, The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our group, While the outdoor sauna was a nice touch, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen the most, It made our stay very practical, and we loved preparing meals while enjoying the mountain views from the terrace, A solid choice for anyone wanting a relaxing escape
