Lovely 2BR flat w balcony, Golders Green tube 5min

ONLY KEY COLLECTION IS A BIT OF A STRUGGLE 15 MIN BY BUS AT NIGHT

The location and quality of the flat was great, I normally like to stay a bit closer eg Hampstead or Belsize but this was close to the tube and nice walks . The flat was well stooked and being set back from the road was very quiet . There was a lot of space , a great desk space and even a small home gym . For the flat alone I would easily give a 9.5 rating

The check in experience is among the worst I've experienced. 1st I discovered on the day of travel that I had no check in details . I checked the booking app but there was nothing. So I messaged via the app and then I noticed a series of blank messages. I gave my email and was directed to a completely different website , I was told I had to pay 600 EUROS deposit to get check in instructions, than I was told abruptly that this was very clear on the booking site ... IT WASNT and in my experience this is very unusual. So I compromised and payed the deposit. Check instructions , pick the key up from a convenience store in CRICKLEWOOD !! I had just travelled on the train from Scotland with all my bags, take a tube to Golders Green , take a 15 minute walks PAST the flat then a 15 minute walk back to the flat !!!
