The location exceeded our expectations. It was at most 200 meters away from all the most popular places we wanted to visit. The entire property looked exactly as shown and was very comfortable.
Because the location is very central, finding parking can be a bit difficult if you have a car, but you can usually find a spot 3–4 streets away. Also, we had to call to get the door PIN code; it would have been nice if this information had been shared in advance.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The place is bright, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough to relax. The interior is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and made sure that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay, and I’d be happy to return in the future!

Demokrasi caddesi üzerinde cok merkezi ama penceleri kapattığınız andada ev inanilmaz sessiz. Asansör küçük ama mevcut. Klimalar çok iyi, yeterli. Mutfakta her şey mevcut. Yatak rahat. Bebeğimizle konakladik ev bebekle konaklamaya cok uygun. Fotograflarda eski gibi duruyor ama eşyalar yepyeni sanırım kahve tonları hakim diye öyle.Bebekle gelenlerin tava tencere gibi şeyler getirmesine gerek yok. Evde bebek karyolası yok ve yatak yüksek bir dahaki gidişimde yatak bariyeri götürürüm sadece. Sabun, şampuan, bulaşık deterjanı gibi şeyler var. Ev sahibi Chris Bey her konu hakkında bilgi veriyor tavsiyeleri çok iyi bir şeye ihtiyaç olduğunda da geri dönüş yapıyor.
Park yeri sorunu. İki arka sokakta parelel park yerleri var birkaç tur atınca yer bulabiliyorsunuz yaz sezonu dışında. Yaz sezonu ise park yeri sıkıntı risk almadan sahildeki park yerine bırakılmalı tüm gün 18 euro bir fiyat bütçenize ekleyebilirsiniz. Hemen arka sokakta bir otopark var ama fiyatı çok yüksek.
