I liked how we was right in the middle of everything for location everything was easy to get to. Spacious apartment. The beds are really comfy too and on the roof top you can see the sea.
I didn't like that even though it's pet friendly the pull out bed was covered in pet hair from previous people. I also didn't like that when we pulled out the pull out bed there was rubbish such as a ice cream stick that come out of the bed when we opened it.

Simplicity and cleanliness of the apartment. We were there to spend time with friends who live in Poole so we weren't in the apartment that much. The location was great with local amenities near by. Great breakfast at the Deli on the Quay, bonus for me was the EV charger round the corner from the apartment.
Lack of clarity on how to get into the actual building, a minor frustration exacerbated by a long car journey. Once in the building the directions to the apartment number not clear.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and just what we needed for our break.
Having a parking space on-site would have made things slightly easier although the nearby parking was easy to reach.

Thanks to the call received just prior to arriving the key collection was simple thankyou. Fantastic location super modern accommodation. Bonus that it was pet friendly we will return.
The ad was a little mis leading as we thought the outdoor terrace would be easily accessible for the dogs but it was quite a distance from the flat, nevertheless it was great that the dogs were welcomed
