Room was great, very clean. Bedding was good quality, mattress a bit soft but comfortable. Plenty of space. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Plenty of free parking across the road and also the street behind the apartments.
Would have been helpful to know there are two sets of very steep stairs, tricky for some of us.

Hellhörig, Café über unserem Appartement, hat und nicht so gestört, abzuwägen wenn man da empfindlich ist.

Everything was fine, we stayed there as a couple and had a facilities needed to do normal life for a month, well located next to big supermarkets, and only 15 minutes walk from the city center of Nottingham, really good! On top of that , and most important, Rama is an excellent host and a good person, he’s paying attention all the time you need him, answers really quick to any questions or requests for the stay, and couldn’t really ask for better than we have been attended, to be fair. Highly recommended accommodation.

Affordable and compact, the property was clean. The location was convenient for Aldi and other shops for supplies.
As a loft space the ceiling was very low, the kitchen facilities were limited, the television was online but did not have terrestrial channels, the shower was very weak and the bathroom sink was cracked, small and integrated into the toilet. Neighbours were noisy.
