Aonang Mountain was superb value. The rooms are huge and comfortable and it’s just 20-25 minutes walk (or 100baht in Saleng) to Aonang beach. There’s also good Thai and Indian restaurants and a coffee shop close by. Free parking too - although spaces might fill in high season? Nice rooftop sunset views.
It’s more of a condo block than a hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but Ice is a very responsive host and you get instant service via WattsApp in the deal. You might need to request room cleaning as it’s not daily by default. Shower is very low power. Wardrobes were musty, so couldn’t use them.

The tranquility of the place nestled under the mountain so close you can touch it. My room was cleaned, fresh towels and linens every two days. Was a lovely place to come back and relax
The pool was not in use. I’m a beach person but it would have been nice to have an option for a dip on a pool at the apartments

Gorgeous property. Located outside the hustle next to the jungle. Monkeys in the nearby forest, can see them from your window. The kindest and most helpful host! Would help us immediately with any request and go out of her way to make our trip easy and fun.
