Very clean inside and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Location is also great if you want to be close to Eden Park or Mount Eden
The outside area isn't really a usable space. It is part of the wider property and as such isn't private. If it was screened off, it would make a big difference.
The fridge is also in the lounge, even though there is space for it nearer to the kitchen and the TV doesn't have access to freeview. Not a big deal but not ideal for longer stays

Brilliant location, 14min walk to Eden Park, even closer to restaurants and cafés. Clean, comfortable, spacious (bigger than it looks in the pics), 2 separate bedrooms, LOVED the big yellow couch/divan! All amenities in kitchen, appreciated fresh milk in the fridge. Clear instructions for contactless check-in, prompt responses from host.

Very comfortable and spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Location excellent for shops, restaurants and public transport and fairly quiet.
Not enough storage in the bathroom. Shelves? around /near the sink would be good.
Seating and area outside the front was scruffy.
