Brilliant location, very helpful and responsive host. Well set out Villa and good sized pool although Sun is only on the area where loungers will fit during morning hours at which there is no possibility to move any seating to follow the sun and as such the rest of the day is in the shade. No BBQ. Villa very clean and well set out on a quiet secure small complex of similar properties. Kitchen well equipped. Would return
The beds only had one pillow and a very very thin sheet for a duvet - appreciate the weather in cyprus the vast majority of the time however our stay was in october and the evenings were slightly cooler and the beds would of benefitted from more than a sheet and very soft, flat single pillow.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! We made a last-minute booking and the manager was incredibly helpful, ensuring the villa was spotless and fully set up for our arrival. The villa looks exactly like the photos, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the main strip in Protaras. The villa is in a safe, gated complex and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We will definitely be returning and unequivocally recommend this villa to anyone visiting Protaras
