Primeiro o check-in online. Fizemos um cadastro de biometria facial e quando chegamos no local na portaria o sistema reconheceu certinho o rosto de todos meus familiares e foi muito funcional durante nossa hospedagem. Os quartos tem maçaneta com senha e recebemos o código horas antes funcionou muito bem. A hospedagem é muito bem localizada, há poucas quadras da praia de cobacana, metro e comercio no geral. A rua extremamente arborizada e silenciosa, boa sensação de segurança. Havia um profissional na recepção quando chegamos muito educado e gentil. Quanto ao imovel a régua é alta, depois de se hospedar lá dificilmente vamos conseguir ficar em outro lugar ao visitar o Rio. São apartamentos e estudios muito bem equipados com decoração e moveis de muitissimo bom gosto. Lugar estremamente confortavel, silencioso e aconhegante. Eu e minha familia ficamos em quatro quartos, um mais aconhegante que o outro e minha familia foi unâmime, todos adoraram se hospedar. Há muitas comodidas no apartamento como ar, geladeira, microndas, filtro, cafeteria etc, e uma otima ducha. Super recomendamos.
Não gostei de não ter conhecido antes. Brincadeira (risos). Não temos nada a reclamar.

מקום אירוח נקי ברובו. דירה שכיף להעביר בה את הזמן, לבשל בה ולארח חברים, שתי חדרי שירותים ושתי קומות נפרדות חדר בכל קומה. מקום טוב. יש שוער בכניסה ושתי שערי כניסה שנותנים תחושת ביטחון

The property is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the city center and Copacabana Beach. It offers great value for the price.
When I first arrived, I was alone. Although I had completed the online check-in before arrival, I was unable to get into the property for over an hour once I got there. The Face ID system they use simply would not recognize my face, leaving me stranded outside on the street late at night, repeatedly ringing the bell. There was no receptionist or staff member available to help. A solo traveler's worse nightmare.
Thankfully, a passerby stopped to help, and I was able to enter the main doors when another guest was exiting the building. I reported the issue via WhatsApp, but the responses appeared to be automated and were not helpful.
The problem happened again the next day when I returned from the airport with my mom. I was locked out once more. After sending an email, receiving several unhelpful WhatsApp prompts, and expressing my frustration, someone was finally sent over. The person at the reception desk claimed he didn’t work there, even though I had seen him there for several days. He also questioned whether I was actually staying at the property, despite the fact that my luggage was already in the room assigned to me.
I then had to stand there and complete the online check-in again in front of him to prove that I had already done it and that the issue was with the Face ID system. After nearly an hour of back and forth, he finally provided me witha back-up access code so I could enter the main door/gate.
I don’t understand why the access code wasn’t provided from the beginning in case the Face ID system failed, or why only the room access code was given but not one for the main entrance. Overall, the check-in process was extremely frustrating and poorly managed.
