Exceptional location and cozy apartment: close to the city (8min by foot) but very quiet with an amazing view over the city and the lake from the balcony and the well-kept garden. The apartment has all you need for a stay to relax, work from home (good internet) or a great family time (you can also rent the upper apartment for a multi-generation stay). Truly a gem for anyone who wants to spend a relaxed time but also be close to the old city with restaurants, shops and sightseeing attractions.
Access to the property is along some stairs (about 1 minute) and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. However, there is ample parking available very close to the house and for those without a car there is a public bus stop right in front.
