How clean and stylish it is.
The staff were so accommodating as I was travelling alone and needed help with moving my bags and my baby and they happily obliged to help even holding onto my bags until way past check out as I had an important family event to attend!

Newcastle West is a lovely town if your into your history, the hotel is just outside the town with plenty of parking. The bar/restaurant is far better than I was expecting, great staff and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and warm with complimentary toiletries.
It is rather noisy and I suspect this is a common issue as they leave you ear plugs lol, nice touch. It's on a busy road and I woke numerous times.
Basically it's a wonderful hotel....until you go to bed.
