The apartments are located in a very central location of Thessaloniki, close to the passage with many restaurants and bars. Transportation was convenient, rooms were modernly designed. It was a good value for money, however it's important not to expect a "hotel" experience. We stayed for 4 days and no cleaning service was provided (we didn't specifically ask for it). 2 cups of coffee and 2 bottles of water was provided initially, and that's it. I could expect at least a few extra towels to be provided even if there's no cleaning service. The staff was very friendly and helpful over phone communication, yet we didn't get in contact with a real person during our stay. Self check-in and check-out was convenient. Regarding the noise complaints, the metal bar downstairs was loud until midnight, along with the crowd. The in-building sound isolation is not perfect either, due to the age of the building. However, we didn't encounter a major noise issue after midnight most probably due to the low season. Overall, it was alright but there's certainly room for improvement.

Accomondation is nice, industrial placed in city centre.
But there was:
- horrible wifi connection, we were unable to correctly work from here
- for couple small and uncomfortable bed
- loud street noise coming from the bar and people that woke us up every night till 4am.
- we have to pay additional gumerment tax 8€ per night after arrival.
