About this house rental

The fully renovated holiday home Anna is located in Zimmerbach and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Spread over two floors, the house features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and two guest WCs, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available.



There is a storage room for bicycles, a barbecue, and toys. The historic towns of Schwäbisch Gmünd and Aalen are easily accessible. Numerous hiking trails, museums, and attractions can be reached within a 30-minute drive.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.
